Customer Service Representative – Automotive Parts

About the role

Join Bapcor New Zealand’s BNT team in New Lynn as a Customer Service Representative. You will work full‑time (Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings) helping trade customers find the right automotive parts and delivering a seamless service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve trade customers at the counter and over the phone, answering product queries.
• Assist customers in selecting the correct vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a loyal customer base.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience; automotive or trade background is a strong plus.
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment.
• Team‑first mindset – everyone pitches in.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Fundamental Microsoft Excel knowledge (advantageous).
