Customer Service Representative – Automotive Parts

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Howick store. This full‑time position works Monday to Friday (8 am‑5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings, supporting trade customers both at the counter and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Serve trade customers in‑store and via telephone, providing expert advice on vehicle parts.
• Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and solutions for their jobs.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customer base.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience; automotive or trade background is a strong plus.
• Full NZ driver’s licence.
• Genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Team‑first mindset – everyone pitches in.
