Customer Service & Order Management Specialist

About the role
Join Waters & Farr Limited, a leading manufacturer of polyethylene and polypropylene pipe systems, as a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist at our Whanganui site. You will be the primary point of contact for both external customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing and project supply coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sales support to internal and external customers.
- Identify and recommend fit‑for‑purpose product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and pricing details.
- Enter orders and track projects through to successful delivery.
- Coordinate project supply with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep multiple tasks organized.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
