About the role

The Coordinator – Attraction will bring creative ideas to life and support campaigns that connect people with opportunities within Fire and Emergency New Zealand. This fixed‑term, on‑site role in Wellington offers the chance to develop skills in recruitment, attraction and marketing while contributing to public safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute attraction campaigns to engage potential candidates.
• Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to develop creative content.
