Content Manager

About the role

Skyline, a leading New Zealand tourism and hospitality brand, is seeking an experienced Content Manager to join its NZ Marketing team. The role will coordinate and deliver content for Skyline Rotorua and Skyline Queenstown, ensuring every guest touch‑point—from digital signage to menus—delivers a consistent, high‑quality brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the New Zealand content calendar and manage end‑to‑end delivery across brand, campaign, always‑on and tactical site activities.
• Produce and maintain on‑site operational communications, including wayfinding, menus, promotional messaging and guest information for both static and digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external creators and agency partners to manage content production from brief to final delivery.
• Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve quality and effectiveness.
• Ensure brand consistency and high‑quality standards across all content outputs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a content management role with a proven track record of multi‑channel content production.
• Demonstrated ability to take briefs, manage external creators, agencies and production partners, delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a strong eye for quality and brand consistency.
• Understanding of content performance metrics and a willingness to act on data‑driven insights.
• Passion for storytelling, emerging content trends and continuous improvement.
