Consultant / Senior Consultant – Organisation Workforce Transformation

About the role

Join Deloitte's Organisation and Workforce Transformation team in Christchurch to help clients shape their people strategies and drive operational excellence. You will work on a variety of projects that combine strategic thinking with practical implementation, leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily team briefings to set objectives, track deliverables and address challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to support new process or system adoption.
• Prepare client presentations, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with Deloitte experts to integrate best practices.
• Apply AI and digital tools to enhance workforce analytics, change management and solution design.

Required profile

• Consultant: 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Senior Consultant: 4‑7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
