Compliance & Systems Lead

About the role

This role acts as compliance support for the site, driving internal and external audits, performance monitoring and HACCP reviews. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Tomoana.

Key responsibilities

• Drive internal and external site audits, including daily walk-throughs, golden rules and scheduling of internal audits
• Support the Lead with risk assessments and HACCP reviews, and participate in regulatory and customer audits
• Support auditing of prerequisite standards and help close out internal and external audits
• Work with cross-functional teams (CI, EHS, Maintenance and Engineering) to maintain site internal compliance

Required profile

• Degree in science
• FMCG experience desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of site internal and external compliance

Required skills

• Understanding of HACCP, FCP (Food Control Plan) and MPI requirements
