Community Specialist – Takapuna

About the role

The Community Specialist in Takapuna will create world‑class guest experiences while sharing product knowledge and championing lululemon’s community culture. Working on the store floor, you will connect with guests, local ambassadors and studio partners to build authentic relationships that drive engagement and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Assess guest needs and provide tailored purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining the benefits and features of lululemon apparel.
• Execute the store’s community strategy through events, product seeding, and collaborations with local studios and ambassadors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key community partners to create synergistic value.
• Process accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs such as ship‑from‑store.
