Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to grow and activate our entrepreneurial co‑working community. You will be responsible for attracting high‑quality tenants, delivering a premium experience, and curating a vibrant events calendar that connects startups with the wider ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a pipeline of prospective tenants and recruit top‑quality occupants for the co‑working space.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing tenants, handling lease renewals and day‑to‑day requests.
• Develop and maintain an events calendar, coordinating external partners and creating in‑house startup‑focused gatherings.
• Support the execution of events, including set‑up, pack‑down, and coordination with suppliers, contractors, and affected tenants.
• Collaborate with the Barista & Facilities Manager to welcome visitors and ensure a warm, engaging environment.
• Implement “surprise & delight” initiatives, storytelling, and branding throughout the space.
• Oversee technology, security, health and safety requirements of the co‑working environment.

Required profile

• Proactive and highly organized with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for startups and the venture‑capital ecosystem.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
