Communications & Marketing Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

Edison is looking for a Communications & Marketing Manager to lead and execute its communications and marketing strategy on a flexible, part‑time basis (3–4 days per week). The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, shaping internal and external messaging to support business development and align with the company’s culture, values, and strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Communications and Marketing Strategy aligned with Edison’s Strategic and Business Plans.
• Plan and execute communication initiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, the website, and newsletters.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve communication and marketing effectiveness.
• Provide bid and tender writing support and create compelling content for professional services.
• Own and evolve Edison’s brand, collateral, and visual identity.
• Design and format key documents including the Annual Report, Strategy, and Business Plan.
• Offer strategic communications and marketing advice to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in communications and marketing within a medium‑sized business (50–150 employees).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a practical, hands‑on approach.
• Experience supporting bids/tenders in professional services (preferred).
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Initiative‑driven problem solver with good judgement.
