Commercial Partnerships & National Accounts Manager

About the role

As the Commercial Partnerships & National Accounts Manager you will act as the commercial bridge between DB Breweries and Star Hospitality, creating integrated propositions that drive growth across venues, stadiums, major events, catering, technology and brand partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and convert a high‑value pipeline of commercial partnership opportunities.
• Manage selected strategic on‑premise key accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Create integrated DB + Star propositions covering beverage, events, catering, hospitality, technology and brand partnerships.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Events, Catering, Enzo, Finance and Legal to move ideas to execution.
• Position DB + Star as the partner of choice for venues, stadiums, major events and commercial partnerships.
• Embed commercial discipline, clear ownership and strong executional rhythm across partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and create customer value.
• Experience in commercial partnerships, business development, key account management, events, sponsorship or hospitality.
