Commercial Manager (Auckland)

About the role

UDC Finance is seeking an energetic Commercial Manager to join its Northern & Auckland sales team. You will be responsible for growing a portfolio of customers across Auckland and the Upper North Island, delivering revenue and maintaining credit quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand a customer portfolio with long‑term relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities from both new and existing customers within a defined territory.
• Grow the profitability of the portfolio by targeting high‑value prospects.
• Analyse basic financial statements, budgets and cash‑flow requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Auckland and Upper North Island market.
• Ability to act quickly and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent relationship‑building and solution‑selling capabilities.
• Proactive attitude toward enhancing client relationships.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
