Commercial & Contracts Graduate – 2027 Graduate Program (NZ)

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its Commercial & Contracts Graduate Program in New Zealand. You will gain hands‑on experience across construction and infrastructure projects while developing a solid foundation in commercial and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior contract managers on project contracts and commercial negotiations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing contract documentation, tenders and procurement packages.
• Participate in site visits and liaise with project teams across Australia and New Zealand.
• Contribute to risk assessments, cost tracking and performance reporting.
• Engage in the Graduate Program’s rotations, learning sessions and global collaboration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Full working rights and residency in New Zealand.
• Graduated within the last three years (2024‑2026).
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and interstate for construction projects.
• Strong interest in sustainable infrastructure and regenerative development.
