About the role
We are seeking skilled commercial carpenters and hammerhands to join our team on a premium 14‑storey office building project in Christchurch CBD. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work on a high‑profile construction site with a reputable contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work required for the construction of a multi‑storey office building.
- Assist with structural framing, installation of timber components, and general hammerhand duties.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure work is completed safely and to schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial carpentry or related construction roles.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time and follow health and safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
