Commercial Accountant – Growing Role

About the role

As a Commercial Accountant at T&G Global, you will sit at the intersection of finance and operations, supporting the Growing and RSE/Labour portfolios. You will partner with orchard managers, operational leaders and finance stakeholders to turn data into actionable business insights that shape the future of the apples business.

Key responsibilities

• Financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for orchard and labour operations.
• Commercial performance analysis, reporting and board‑level insights.
• Cost modelling for orchards and labour, identifying profitability improvement opportunities.
• Developing business cases, investment models and CAPEX/OPEX decision support.
• Continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Management Accountant, Commercial Accountant or FP&A Analyst.
• CA qualification (or working towards it).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
• Curious, commercially minded and eager to influence decisions beyond the numbers.

• Advanced Excel capability.
• Financial modelling.
