About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Finance Business Partner to join the Unison Services team in Hawke’s Bay. This high‑impact position will support core finance processes, build robust financial models and develop compelling business cases that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and improve existing finance processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain and present financial models for forecasting, budgeting and investment appraisal.
• Prepare detailed business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor performance against financial targets and identify improvement opportunities.
