About the role
BayCare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, FL. This full‑time, exempt position supports patient safety and satisfaction while helping to control medication‑related costs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prevent, and resolve drug‑related problems.
- Ensure patient safety through optimal medication therapy management.
- Improve patient satisfaction by providing high‑quality pharmaceutical care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to minimize medication costs.
Required profile
- Active Pharmacist license in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
- Preferred: PharmD degree and acute‑care experience.
- Preferred: Completion of an ASHP‑accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
