Part‑time Mental Health Support for Vulnerable Adults

About the role

This part‑time position offers the chance to make a real difference by providing mental health support to vulnerable adults in the Dunedin community. You will work on‑site at our centre, helping individuals maintain wellbeing and navigate daily challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one and group mental health support tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist clients with coping strategies, emotional regulation, and accessing community resources.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress notes in line with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance service quality.
