Clinical Applications Specialist – Auckland (NZ)

About the role

GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to join its Patient Care Solutions team in New Zealand. Based in Auckland, you will cover the upper North Island, travelling to hospitals and health systems to implement, train and optimise monitoring, anaesthesia, cardiology and maternal‑infant care technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to support sales activities, customer discussions, product demonstrations and tender responses.
• Lead clinical application training for customers before, during and after implementation.
• Support implementation, configuration, workflow alignment and go‑live activities across the assigned territory.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with sales, service and clinical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide ongoing support to optimise product use, clinical workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs, risks and opportunities and escalate issues through internal channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity, training, feedback and follow‑up actions.
• Stay current on clinical and product knowledge across the Patient Care Solutions portfolio.

Required profile

• Clinically credible professional with acute‑care background.
• Customer‑focused and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable owning your own schedule and working autonomously from a home base.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the upper North Island, including overnight stays.
• Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
