About the role
Pacific Business Trust is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead Aotearoa’s premier Pacific Economic Development Agency. This senior role will guide the transformation and commercial success of New Zealand’s Pasifika businesses while working closely with a dedicated Board and team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the agency and its initiatives across New Zealand.
- Drive economic development and commercial growth for Pasifika enterprises.
- Collaborate with the Board to set and achieve transformational goals.
- Represent the organisation to stakeholders, partners, and the wider community.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience, preferably in economic development or related sectors.
- Strong commitment to the mission of advancing Pasifika businesses.
- Ability to inspire confidence and lead change at the highest level.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Performance‑based incentive up to 15% at risk.
