Certified Drainlayer/Foreman

About the role

Greenstone Civil Ltd is seeking an experienced Certified Drainlayer to step into a Foreman position on a range of civil construction projects in Queenstown. You will lead a crew, ensure drainage works meet quality and safety standards, and coordinate daily activities on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of drainlayer operatives throughout all phases of construction.
• Plan, schedule and allocate resources to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Inspect work for compliance with engineering drawings, standards and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and site conditions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Relevant certification as a Drainlayer.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within civil construction.
• Strong understanding of drainage systems, installation methods and relevant codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site full time in Queenstown.
