Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident‑focused nursing care in line with Ryman’s standards.
• Assess residents, develop and review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications and ongoing support.
• Utilise the purpose‑built "myRyman Care" app for documentation and communication.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators with daily operations.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for New Zealand.
• Reliable, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Kindness, compassion and a drive to deliver high‑quality care.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the "myRyman Care" care application.
