Casual Registered Nurse – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Ryman Healthcare is seeking casual Registered Nurses to join our team at the Edmund Hillary Retirement Village in Remuera, Auckland. This role offers flexible, shift‑based work in a supportive environment where you can contribute to the continuum of care for our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
• Assess residents, develop and review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications and ongoing support.
• Utilise the purpose‑built "myRyman Care" application for documentation and communication.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators as needed.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) in New Zealand.
• Reliable, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Kindness, compassion and a drive to deliver high‑quality care.
• New Zealand work rights (overseas candidates must have appropriate rights).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the "myRyman Care" application.
