Car Sales Executive – Lexus Dealership

About the role

Join the Lexus dealership in Lincoln as a Car Sales Executive, delivering a premium buying experience to discerning customers. You will match clients with the perfect vehicle, guide them through financing and contracts, and ensure total satisfaction from first contact to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects via walk‑ins, inbound calls, internet enquiries and proactive prospecting.
• Present vehicle features, add‑on products and financing options to meet customer needs.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in compliance with FCA and data‑protection regulations.
• Build lasting relationships and provide after‑sales support to maximise repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in automotive or retail sales.
• Strong communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
• Motivation to develop a long‑term career in the motor trade.

Required skills

• Understanding of finance and contract processes.
• Ability to collect and manage customer data accurately.
