Business Development Manager – Auckland

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and expand market share in Auckland. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using a multi‑channel outreach strategy and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers via phone, email and social platforms.
• Present, promote and sell Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system through tailored product demos.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in outbound business development and full‑cycle sales.
• Strong analytical skills for partner cost‑benefit assessments.
• Excellent communication and multi‑channel outreach abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
