Key responsibilities

• Consult with purpose‑driven individuals to identify how our programmes can meet their growth goals.
• Promote and sell high‑value e‑learning courses without cold calling or hard‑selling tactics.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, leveraging social media and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with an international team and qualify for world‑event attendance based on profit‑share performance.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a business development or sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear sense of purpose.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and thrive in a hybrid environment.
• New Zealand citizen or permanent resident with a tertiary qualification; students and visa‑seekers are not considered.
