Branch Supervisor

About the role

Based in Dunedin and reporting to the Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor will support staff to maximise sales and profits while delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage branch resources efficiently and represent leading brands in the New Zealand transport sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching and training to the branch team.
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative duties such as warranty processing, invoice reconciliation and banking.
• Ensure consistent, first‑rate customer service at all times.
• Oversee branch inventory, returns, credits, orders and regular stocktakes.

Required profile

• Proven success as a sales professional, preferably within the transport industry.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Motivated self‑starter who works well as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Previous leadership experience to handle day‑to‑day decisions.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• MS Office.
• Outlook.
