About the role
Red LBP Limited is looking for a Building Inspector to join its Dunedin team. Based on‑site in Dunedin Central, the successful candidate will become the face of New Zealand’s top inspection brand, enjoying competitive pay, a company car, and a clear pathway to ownership while working in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform building inspections for residential and commercial properties in the Dunedin area.
- Assess compliance with relevant New Zealand building codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to clients.
- Maintain inspection equipment and company vehicle in good condition.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in building inspection or construction quality assurance.
- Understanding of New Zealand building regulations.
- Ability to work independently on‑site.
- Valid driver’s licence for use of company vehicle.
