About the role
We are looking for a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at The Crossing store. In this part‑time, on‑site role you will help customers look and feel their best by offering personalised advice on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored product recommendations and demonstrations to meet individual customer needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and inviting beauty counter, ensuring products are well stocked and displayed.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Estée Lauder product ranges and beauty trends.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible part‑time hours on‑site.
