About the role

As a Banking Consultant – Retail you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service via phone and online channels. You will work with a range of Heartland products, helping customers feel informed, valued and happy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer support across multiple contact channels.
• Answer inquiries, resolve issues and guide customers through Heartland’s banking and finance solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Heartland’s digital products and services.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment that encourages continuous learning.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Interest in the financial services industry.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑centre environments.
• Commitment to delivering a human‑focused, positive customer experience.
