Audience Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Support lifecycle marketing for one of New Zealand’s most trusted brands, creating and optimizing customer journeys across email, push and other direct channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise audiences, segments and automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data tools.
• Turn lifecycle plans into live campaigns, ensuring activities are well‑timed, well‑sequenced and of high quality.
• Design and execute test‑and‑learn experiments, measure results and apply learnings to improve performance.
• Use data and insights to track results and continuously optimise audience strategy, messaging and timing.
• Collaborate with data, content and design teams to deliver personalised, connected customer experiences.
• Write clear briefs and shape messaging to be customer‑focused and channel‑appropriate.
• Contribute to scaling lifecycle marketing as part of the broader digital transformation programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering lifecycle marketing or targeted customer communications.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to use insights to improve performance.
• Experience running test‑and‑learn activities and applying successful tactics.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (data, content, design).
• Clear communication skills, including writing briefs and shaping messaging.
