Associate Event Producer

About the role

Join Fever’s Originals team to create data‑driven, unforgettable live experiences. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical‑thinking event producer to support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in delivering high‑quality events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event production, from pre‑production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule.
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on‑site teams to align on concert execution.
• Research and support the implementation of new production formats, technologies, and solutions.
• Optimize production costs and processes wherever possible.
• Handle third‑party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates with thorough follow‑up.

Required profile

• Flexibility, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing.
• Ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
• Passion for delivering fun, entertaining experiences to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project‑management skills.
• Self‑starter attitude.
