Associate Consultant – Technology

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant in Technology to own a desk, build strong candidate relationships and support our clients throughout the hiring journey. You will be part of a collaborative team that values honesty and ambition while gaining exposure to client‑facing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full 360 recruitment process, from headhunting to offer negotiation, with support when needed.
• Attend client briefings, contribute to hiring strategies and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines, keeping candidates engaged and informed.
• Identify and approach passive candidates who match client requirements.
• Deliver high‑quality results that encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Candidate Manager, preferably in tech or IT recruitment.
• Eagerness to learn client‑facing responsibilities without being left alone.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain strong communication.
• Proactive, curious and driven to achieve outcomes.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, honest environment.
