Assistant Store Manager – Te Rapa

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Te Rapa store. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on RDOs and help create a confidence‑boosting experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as second‑in‑charge and run the store on the Store Manager’s rostered days off.
• Coach, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve their best performance.
• Become BRA‑FIT certified and guide customers to the perfect fit.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming and confidence‑building customer experience.
• Oversee core store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, loss prevention and meeting KPI targets.

Required profile

• Passion for helping women feel confident and comfortable.
• Strong people‑orientation and a desire to provide excellent service.
• Willingness to grow a retail career and take on leadership responsibilities.
