Area Manager – Chester, Warrington & Llandudno

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Area Manager to oversee valeting services across multiple dealerships in Chester, Warrington and Llandudno. The role involves driving operational performance, managing profit and loss, and leading a team of valeting staff to deliver a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day valeting operations at assigned dealerships.
• Monitor and achieve area profit and loss targets.
• Motivate and develop the valeting team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in managing teams, preferably within a service or automotive environment.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and results‑oriented mindset.
