About the role
The Alarm Monitoring Operator is responsible for continuously supervising alarm systems from our Auckland control centre. You will work closely with customers, contractors and emergency services to ensure timely and accurate response to incidents. This role is essential to maintaining safety and security for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor incoming alarm signals and assess each event for appropriate action.
- Load and update alarm data into the monitoring platform.
- Manage integration between alarm hardware and software systems.
- Generate incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate communication with customers, contractors and emergency responders.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
