Account Manager - Sales

About the role

Based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, you will manage an established portfolio of dealers and trade customers across the Wellington, Taupō and Gisborne regions. The role focuses on strengthening existing relationships, uncovering growth opportunities and delivering the company’s air‑conditioning and climate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer and trade accounts.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities within existing customers.
• Build trusted relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Deliver product presentations and provide sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Plan territory activities and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience growing customer relationships and increasing revenue.
• Confident presenter with strong influencing abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and thrive in a competitive environment.
