About the role

Join Anzor, New Zealand’s leading stainless‑steel fastener supplier, as an Account Manager focused on large‑scale residential and commercial construction. You will drive brand growth, build strong client relationships, and work closely with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the Anzor brand by acquiring new customers each month.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities into measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through clear, confident communication.
• Spot growth areas and develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the wider branch team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of face‑to‑face B2B sales experience in a related industry.
• Proven track record of generating strong sales growth.
• Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Existing relationships in commercial construction are advantageous.
• Positive attitude, good sense of humour, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
