Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Auckland team and work on an iconic Australian and New Zealand retail brand. The role sits within The Brand Agency, a leading full‑service retail specialist agency that is part of WPP and the Ogilvy Network.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in leading integrated campaigns and projects from conception to completion, including creative brief writing, budgeting, timeline management and shoot planning.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, studio and client stakeholders to drive campaigns and asset production.
• Check the accuracy of artwork, client changes and briefs.
• Attend and drive weekly WIPs – both client‑facing and internal.
• Work with internal teams to ensure briefs are clearly communicated and understood.
• Attend shoots alongside the account management and creative team.
• Act as an ambassador of the agency, demonstrating brand values.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a creative or advertising environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to live and work in New Zealand.
