Account Executive – 12-Month Fixed-Term (MAT Cover)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join New Era Technology on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, covering a MAT (Multi‑Academy Trust) position. Based in Auckland CBD, you will work in a hybrid setting, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, delivering technology solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the education sector.
• Identify client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
• Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue and achieve commission targets.
• Represent the company at education‑focused events and meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology or education markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
