360 Recruitment Consultant – New Plymouth

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our New Plymouth branch. You will develop relationships with both clients and candidates across a range of industries, driving the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source new business leads, conduct cold calls and meet with employers throughout the NZ territory to understand staffing needs.
• Advertise vacancies on platforms such as Seek NZ and search internal databases to attract top talent.
• Screen candidates through phone and in‑person interviews, verify references, work eligibility, and conduct drug and alcohol testing.
• Guide candidates through interview stages, negotiate salaries or hourly rates, and finalize employment offers.
• Maintain accurate client and candidate records in the recruitment CRM.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent search, B2B sales or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time‑management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of New Zealand employment law and immigration guidelines is preferred.
