Warehouse Operator – Christchurch RDC

About the role

Join Primary Connect’s Distribution Centre in Christchurch as a Warehouse Operator. You will be part of a large team that picks and prepares orders to keep Woolworths New Zealand supermarkets fully stocked for customers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders for stores throughout Aotearoa using voice‑picking technology.
• Operate motorised pallet trucks to move stock safely and efficiently.
• Stack and organise inventory in the warehouse.
• Apply safety techniques and follow all health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Physically fit and safety‑conscious.
• Excellent attention to detail for order accuracy.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to do the right thing for customers and the team.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand and willingness to complete background, ACC, drug and medical checks.
