Vintage Cellar Hand – Seasonal Wine Production

About the role

Join Constellation Brands' Kim Crawford winery in beautiful Marlborough for the 2027 vintage season. As a Vintage Cellar Hand you will work alongside a diverse team to help produce award‑winning wines during the critical harvest period.

Key responsibilities

• Operate winery machinery and assist with grape processing.
• Load, unload and move barrels, crates and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the cellar.
• Follow health‑and‑safety procedures at all times.
• Work long shifts (8‑12 hours) six days a week during the vintage period.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or experienced cellar hand with a can‑do attitude.
• Good level of physical fitness for manual labour.
• Safety‑conscious and able to follow instructions in English.
• Available for shift work and able to work the full vintage season.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
