Vehicle Detailer / Groomer (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Ashburton Toyota’s award‑winning sales team as a full‑time Vehicle Detailer/Groomer. You will work 40 hours per week in a permanent, onsite position, ensuring every vehicle and piece of equipment is presented to the highest standard for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail new and used vehicles, both interior and exterior.
• Maintain cleanliness of showroom, workshop tools, and equipment.
• Prepare vehicles for display, test drives, and customer delivery.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily grooming targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Positive, reliable work ethic.
• Current, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Exceptional eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Required skills

• NZ driver’s licence (required for vehicle movement).
