UX/UI Designer – Product & Marketing Experiences

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and is looking for a world‑class UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful, and high‑converting experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints. You will work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to turn complex workflows into delightful user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows and integrations for the core Base360.ai product.
• Create conversion‑focused marketing assets, including landing pages, product pages and demo flows.
• Define, maintain and expand the company design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing and A/B experiments to iterate rapidly.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation of designs.
