Key responsibilities

• Create dream itineraries for customers, covering flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and more.
• Provide expert travel advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening actively, showing respect and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building confidence and excitement with clients.
• Prepare invoices, operate booking systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required profile

• Passionate about travel and frequently the go‑to person for travel tips among friends.
• Innovative thinker who looks for new ways to solve travel challenges.
• Sales‑driven with a focus on meeting KPIs and earning incentives.
• Highly organised and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable multitasking between customer‑facing interactions and back‑office duties.
