Transformation Design & Delivery – Analyst to Manager roles

About the role

Pwc’s Transformation Design & Delivery team in Auckland is seeking analysts, senior analysts and managers to help clients shape and execute complex enterprise transformations. You will work across strategy, process redesign, change management and delivery to turn ambition into lasting outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models and business cases.
• Conduct business analysis, redesign processes and support change‑management initiatives.
• Mobilise and deliver programmes through PMO, Transformation Office, portfolio governance and assurance activities.
• Manage plans, risks, dependencies, benefits, commercial matters and executive reporting.
• Support implementation using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Engage senior stakeholders and collaborate with multidisciplinary PwC and client teams.

Required profile

• Early‑career analysts: structured problem‑solving, clear communication and ability to contribute across analysis, strategy and delivery.
• Senior analysts: ownership of workstreams, delivery challenge resolution and client engagement on multi‑workstream programmes.
• Managers: leadership of major workstreams or programmes, trusted senior relationships and commercially focused approach.
