Training Consultant – Customer Enablement

About the role

Smartly, a Datacom company, is looking for a motivated Training Consultant to join its Activation team. You will deliver engaging training sessions on Smartly’s payroll SaaS platform, helping new customers become confident users and achieve value quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person or online training sessions on Smartly products and services.
• Prepare outcome‑driven training materials, track attendance and ensure rapid product adoption.
• Continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Support customers through the full implementation journey, from sign‑up to the first successful pay run.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a proactive point of contact during onboarding.
• Gather feedback, identify pain points and suggest improvements to product and processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales and Activation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering training or instructional sessions, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Motivated to contribute to process transformation and continuous improvement.
