Territory Sales Manager – Field Sales (Auckland)

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join its Auckland team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role focuses on driving sales growth within a defined geographic area, building relationships with retail partners, and representing the brand on the front line.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve volume and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
• Visit retail outlets regularly to promote products, negotiate placements, and gather market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and forecasts using company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide feedback on competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG or beverage sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
