Team Leader (Store Manager) - Christchurch

About the role

EdenSleep, the New Zealand branch of ResMed, is looking for a Team Leader to manage its small team and growing customer base in Christchurch. The role sits directly under the National Sales Manager and focuses on motivating the team to deliver results in sleep health. It is a full-time Monday to Friday position (9am-5pm trading hours) with rotating Saturdays, and training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards while driving revenue, business growth and market reputation
• Achieve relevant sales budgets and recommend improvements to service standards and practice delivery
• Coach team members, support and manage their performance
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and training
• Carry out the client follow-up programme and prepare and send reports
• Maintain the clinic, including stock take, filing and cleanliness
• Maintain, reprocess and check trial equipment
• Liaise with third parties as required

Required profile

• Previous success managing the performance, training and development of a team
• Experience in a retail, sales, customer service or healthcare role
• Ability to recruit and motivate a team, and to lead others through change
• Strong customer service, attention to detail and adaptability
• Healthcare or pharmacy background highly regarded
